
 At Numan Pres, we define quality by implementing lean, continuous
improvements and delivering quality products on time. Since our
establishment we have applied quality management methods effectively in
every prosedure according to ISO 9001:2008 & ISO/TS 16949:2002
standards in our company. The quality management system we had
implemented has a fous on customer satisfaction philosophy by the
methods of 6 Sigma, TPM and Lean manufacturing. Numan Pres applies a
product oriented DoE (Design of Experiments) method in engineering and
quality management to prevent possible non-confomities in the phase of
design. An effective usage of cad-cam systemes ensures shortest product
realisation period and lowest PPM quantities. Our PPM average for the
year is 87 PPM.
Lean manufacturing technics and kanban method, lowers the inventory
costs for our customer and us. At Numan Pres with 6 Sigma applications
and trainings, our workers are continuously increasing the productivity
of our system by their projects and offers.
